Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare and deliver interactive classes to children aged 3-
12 using the provided curriculum and textbooks (class size: 6 to
12 students per class)
• Contribute ideas in course content and new product design
• Feedback students learning progress, challenges and solutions
to parents, and conduct periodical parent meetings
• Participate in internal and external teaching skill related training
sessions
• Participate in various sorts of centre activities we provide such
as cultural activities, social responsibility event or seasonal
parties as well as active input in the design and delivery of such
events
• Work hours (including office hours)
o Weekdays: 2:30pm – 9pm (2 days off Mon/Tue or
Tue/Wed)
o Weekends: 9am – 6pm (1.5-hour lunch break)
• Teaching hours: Up to 72 hours/month; extra hourly salary if
total monthly teaching hours go beyond this amount
Benefits
• Basic salary: 15,000 to 20,000 RMB/month before tax
• Housing allowance: 2000 RMB/month (fixed)
• Second contract resign bonus: 0.5 month basic salary
• Other bonuses (depending on actual performance):
o Performance bonus: 2000 RMB/month before tax
o Centre monthly total income bonus
o Demo class bonus Foreign Teacher Recruitment Need Form

Requirements
Requirements
• Nationality: Native English-speaking countries (visa
requirement)
• Degree: Bachelor and above
• Major: Prefer Education/English/Linguistics/Early Childhood
Education but not a must
• Experience: 2 years or more in related field (not a must)
• Contract Period: At least 1 year
• Age: Between 23 to 35
• Qualification: CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certificate
